Location

The EESMS 2018 workshop will be held at the at the Università di Salerno, Salerno, Italy. The meeting space is in the Palazzo Arcivescovile, located in Roberto il Guiscardo Street, 2.

Transportation

Salerno is very well connected to Europe by air and train, as well as reachable also by car.

By plane

There are two airports:

• The nearest airport to the conference venue is the International Airport of Naples - Capodichino (http://www.aeroportodinapoli.it/homepage) that has connections to many European cities.
• Roma Fiumicino International Airport (FCO) (http://www.adr.it/web/aeroporti-di-roma-en-/pax-fco-fiumicino) with connections worldwide.

FROM NAPLES AIRPORT TO SALERNO

By bus

There are two bus services:

• Sitabus (http://www.sitasudtrasporti.it/orari), available from monday to friday;
• Buonotourist (http://www.buonobus.it/trasporto-pubblico-locale/linee-aeroporto/39-salerno-capodichino), available from monday to saturday are available to transfer partecipants between the airport and Salerno.

By train

Alternatively, the Alibus service is available to transfer partecipants between the airport and the Napoli railway station (http://www.anm.it/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=1314).
The Napoli railway station is well connected to the Salerno railway station (http://www.trenitalia.com/tcom-en).

FROM ROMA FIUMICINO AIRPORT TO SALERNO

Rome Airport (Leonardo Da Vinci-Fiumicino - http://www.adr.it/web/aeroporti-di-roma-en-/pax-fco-fiumicino) is 45 minute train (Leonardo Express Train - http://www.trenitalia.com/tcom-en/Services/Fiumicino-Airport) journey to Rome Termini train station and 2 hours by train to Salerno.
